I believe you must love and understand your whole self in order to truly connect with compassion and empathy to others in society. In order to thrive in today’s stressful and rapidly changing world. Your personality, your sense of resilience, resources and most importantly, your heart all play roles into shaping your being. These elements brought me to found Rise to Independence in 2010.
